The cottage attached to the main house is accessible from its own entrance. The main door leads to the kitchen that has Cooker, Fridge Freezer and Microwave. The dining area is raised at one end with table and chairs to seat 4. The shower room is off the kitchen area.

A door leads to the Lounge that has 3-piece suite. Patio doors lead on to the paved area to the front of the property. Staircase leads to the bedroom area that has double bed. Another staircase leads to the mezzanine above that has 2 single beds.

The Detached cottage situated approx 50 metres away from the main house has entrance door leading to the Kitchen, which has cooker, Fridge freezer, and Microwave.

A door leads to the shower room. Glass panelled door leads to the lounge that has 3-piece suite and foldaway table and 4 chairs. Patio door leads onto patio and gardens with views over duck pond. The Staircase leads to the bedrooms. To the left bedroom 1 which has 2 single beds. To the right bedroom 2 which has a double bed.
