The house is set in grounds of around 1 acre but is positioned on terraced gardens affording privacy or solitude if needed.

The house is one of the oldest properties in Josselin and has been restored to give comfortable accommodation to up to 16 people.The Main house sleeps 12.

The entrance is at the head of the main steps. This has a shower room at one end. The first lounge leads to the right and has a comfortable suite. There is a raised dining area with Italian table and six chairs. In this room is the pool table. The staircase in this lounge leads to the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 with double bed has a ensuite washroom. There are Patio doors leading onto the decking area at the rear of the property.
Bedroom 2 with Double bed has an ensuite shower room. Patio Doors also lead out onto the rear decking area.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single cabin beds is ideal for children. This has a patio door with balcony which overlooks Josselin.
Bedroom 4 has Bunk Beds again ideal for children. This also has a Patio door with Balcony overlooking Josselin.
The Main Bathroom is on this floor and consists of Bath, Shower, Washbasin and WC.

To the left of the entrance leads to the Kitchen which has an oak bar separating it from the dining area which has an Oak table and six chairs. The Kitchen is well equipped with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge freezer and Dishwasher.

The door leading from the Kitchen goes into the 2nd Lounge which has comfortable leather furniture which has reclining seats. The Television-Video is in this lounge. Large Patio doors open on to the veranda at the front of the property.

The staircase leads to Bedroom 5 which has 2 single beds and patio door with balcony overlooking Josselin.
A shower room is in the Hallway.

Bedroom 6 is the largest of all the bedrooms and has a Double bed. There is a Patio door to the front with balcony and a patio door to the rear which has a small seating area only accessable from this room. There is an ensuite washroom.

On the hallway there is a door leading to the rear terrace with access to the washing room which is situated under the house.

Attached to the Main House but with its own entrance is a 2 bedroomed
cottage to sleep 4 people. Open plan lounge with comfortable 3 piece suite, TV/Video and CD Player.

Dining Area and Fitted Kitchen with Cooker, Microwave and Fridge
The Shower room and seperate toilet are through to the rear of the cottage.

Rear Door leads onto the gardens and Pool area / Barbecue. The Pool 9.15m x 4.60m is situated at the side of the property access is by the Patio and locked gate onto Decking.

The gardens are a haven for peace and quiet or for the children to play hide and seek
