Hazelnut Cottage
Entrance door leads onto the large open plan room, to the Left is the Lounge area with comfortable three piece suite Television/Video which also receives French TV programmes. To the right is the Kitchen Area with Cooker, Microwave and Fridge Freezer. The dining area has a table and six chairs.
The staircase leads to the first floor to the right is the single bedroom with bed, The Main bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and small cabinet, a door with rail opens out the overlook beautiful countryside. Next door is the shower room , The twin room is at the end of the hallway.

The cottages are set in large gardens, which are mainly to the side and the rear. The Pool area which has the above ground pool measuring 7m x 3m is to the rear of the garden and is walled and fenced to afford privacy. The pool is enclosed in a small walled patio with access to the pool. There is a barbecue in the garden, A Table Tennis Table and Badminton net are also provided. Each cottage has its own garden furniture and sun brolly .
All facilities are shared between the 2 cottages.

Coet Mean is situated within easy reach of all amenities. The south coast of Vannes is 45 minutes drive. There is also the large watersports park at Ploermel which is a 10 minute drive this has all facilities for water skiing, windsurfing, Sailing with lessons if required. There is also a 9 hole golf course on the side of the lake. The Medieval Town of Josselin is a must for visitors with Resturants, Bars and Cafes. Market days are Vannes Tuesday morning and Josselin Saturday morning.
